Treasury Wine Estates HR Innovation Breakfasts

Treasury Wine Estates HR Transformation Breakfast - Sydney and Melbourne

Guests are invited to join us for our next Oracle HR Innovation Breakfasts where Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), one of the world's largest wine making and wine distribution companies, will share their digital HR innovation story.

TWE sells over 32 million cases of wine each year including Penfolds, Wolf Blass and Rosemount Estate, and harvests more than 12,000 hectares of vineyards, yet they were reliant on a disconnected group of HR systems and manual spreadsheets to manage their 3,600+ workforce scattered across 16 countries.

The company was struggling and needed a new HR strategy to support their long-term innovation vision.

Guests will hear what happened next at this complimentary breakfast series.

Chris Halliday, Global Head of HR Services and Con Mandalios, Global Corporate Solution and Governance Manager at Treasury Wine Estates will share the lessons learnt, the challenges faced, and the gains TWE has made as they've embarked on the largest digital HR transformation project in the company's history. Enabled by Oracle HCM Cloud.

Please make sure to invite all of your Sydney and Melbourne based senior HR contacts.

Sponsorship: HR Innovation & TechFest 2018

HR Innovation & Tech Fest is the biggest and fastest growing HR event in Australia. In our 5th year as Premier Partner, we were on a mission this year to connect with all delegates, engage in meaningful conversations and provide useful information to help them unlock and realise the potential of cloud-based HCM technology

We had a large booth in a central position showcasing AI, the new Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Social and Mobile ,Core HR, Talent and Learning. Julian Tass from our Pre Sales team presented in the Innovation Theatre. Rowan Tonkin from the GTM team was guest speaker at a breakfast on Day Two that saw us adding in extra chairs . The feedback on the 'Building a Roadmap' content was very strong, resulting in two immediate meeting requests and an increase in traffic to our booth from guests wanting to learn more.

It wasn't all hard work. We also invited delegates to come and Design their own Word Cloud at our booth! This proved a popular hit, on the second day alone we created over 100 unique Word Clouds, capturing the essence of where they were on their HR transformation journey, where they hoped to get to, what was holding them back and what tech and help they needed to move forward in 2019

Approx 200 warm leads will flow shortly to the sales team for follow up from companies including AusGrid, Bluescope Steel and the Intercontinental Hotels Group.
