Treasury Wine Estates HR Innovation Breakfasts

Guests joined us in Sydney and Melbourne to hear Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), one of the world's largest wine making and wine distribution companies, share their digital HR innovation story.

TWE sells over 32 million cases of wine each year including Penfolds, Wolf Blass and Rosemount Estate, and harvests more than 12,000 hectares of vineyards, yet they were reliant on a disconnected group of HR systems and manual spreadsheets to manage their 3,600+ workforce scattered across 16 countries.

The company was struggling and needed a new HR strategy to support their long-term innovation vision.

Chris Halliday, Global Head of HR Services and Con Mandalios, Global Corporate Solution and Governance Manager at Treasury Wine Estates shared the lessons learnt, the challenges faced, and the gains TWE has made as they've embarked on the largest digital HR transformation project in the company's history. Enabled by Oracle HCM Cloud.

The first in a series of high value direct mails will be hitting desks of CFOs from our ERP installed customers around mid November.

BDG team have already called and validated the target list early October to ensure a high hit rate for these packages.

Please follow up with your ERP installed accounts (those identified as SOAR customers) around late November to see if they have received this package.
